What is iDesignPro.in’s Cancellation Policy
As per the cancellation policy a buyer can terminate the order within 24 hours of order purchase. The product amount would be returned to the customer via online transfer using NEFT. After 24 hours the order will be sent to dispatch team and cancellation won’t be possible.
How does our refund policy work?
As per our refund policy, if the product is found faulty, customer has to inform us within 48 hours as soon as the order is received by the customer. We might ask the customer to send the product back to us for the verification & if found defective, we will refund the amount to the customer via NEFT transfer.
PS : – We will initiate refund process after the verification of the product and this could take 7-14 working days.

Note :-
- Items must be unused and in undamaged state and must be in their original purchase condition.
- Customer has to keep and send back the ordered product with the following :-
- Original containers with packaging,
- Documentations– i.e. Warranty Cards, User Manuals, and all accessories and with tags attached (if any)
