Exchange Policy

What is iDesignPro.in’s exchange policy?

As per our exchange policy a buyer can exchange the product within 5 to 7 days. Our objective is to give you a great experience each time you shop with us however, if you find any issue, you can exchange the order.

You can drop an email to support@idesignpro.in or, give us a call on +91-877-909-5844 (10:00am – 6:00pm IST) with the issue experienced within a period of 5-7 days, from the date of order received.

Please be informed that all the products are well checked before they are shipped to the buyer. However, you must understand that even we can’t bear the loss; so exchange of products will only be acknowledged if the products are returned in a proper & undamaged state. The return shipping cost will only be borne by the customer. Further, once the product is received by us, it would be checked for the mentioned issue. If issue found then the product would be exchanged, if in case there is no issue then re-shipping cost would have to bear by the customer only.

Do we charge for exchange?

If we do not find any issue with the product mentioned by the buyer, then the buyer would be charged for re-shipping else the product would be exchanged and re-shipped to the buyer free of cost.

What all products are allowed for exchange?

Every product under iDesignPro.in could be exchanged once checked and verified by us other than the retail products.

In how much time a buyer can expect the exchange?

As soon as the product is received by us, we will check for issue mentioned by the buyer. Once checked, the buyer would be notified about the status and then product would be re-shipped from our end. For shipping time kindly check our shipping category for details.

Is it possible to exchange any other product with the actual product ordered?

As per our exchange policy, there is no facility of exchanging your order with any other product.

What will happen if there is any issue with exchanged product?

If there is any issue with the re-shipped product, then the buyer is also entitled to get re-exchange. The procedure would remain same as mentioned in exchange policy.

Can buyer cancel the exchange request?

Yes, buyer can cancel the request for exchange however, the buyer would still be charged for re-shipping.
