How do I buy a product from your website?
It is very simple to buy a product or place an order at “iDesignPro.in”. Just follow the guidelines
- If you are a new customer, first you need to create an account by registering yourself under “My Account”. For an existing customer, you have to just login to your account.
- Now just select any product from the “Products” page that you want to buy, add it to your shopping basket and click on “View Basket”. Choose “Proceed to checkout”.
- Now enter your billing /shipping address, make the payment from the available payment gateways to proceed and there you are.
- After the successful payment you will be redirected to our website with the payment confirmation. You will also be receiving an email about the purchased order.
- The product will be at your doorstep within 5-7 days.
Can I pay online using any of my debit or credit cards?
Yes, iDesignPro.in offers you multiple payment methods. For our customer’s convenience we have recently added PayPal, which supports payment through Discover and American Express credit cards also. Whatever your online payment mode will be, you can be rest assured on our trusted payment gateway partners. They use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details safe & confidential.
Credit cards :- To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (printed on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the OTP / online 3D secure password.
Debit cards :-
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your OTP / online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
Note: – We accept all Visa, Master and Maestro debit and Discover, American Express, Visa & Master credit cards issued by major Indian banks for online payments.

Is it safe to use debit and credit card for online purchase?
iDesignPro.in do not collect any card information of the customer. We just connect you to the respective banks for payment processing by using secure 256-bit encryption technology.
Now banks have also started using “3D secure password” service for online transactions, which provides an additional layer of security through identity verification.
All credit card and debit card payments on iDesignPro.in are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways only. So yes, your online transactions are secure with the highest levels of security.
What is a 3D secure password and how can I get it?
By visiting your corresponding bank’s website you can register for the 3D secure password for your debit and credit card easily. The 3D secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “MasterCard Secure Code” services.
It adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online debit and credit card transactions. The 3D password, which is created by you & is known only to you. This ensures that only authentic user can use the card for online purchase.
Why COD option is not available on the website?
Currently we do not offer “Cash on Delivery (COD)” option, as it is not offered by our delivery channels at their few operative locations. So we have decided to completely remove this facility during sales. However, you can always opt for electronic payment via Credit and Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI payment system or E-wallets.
