What is iDesignPro.in’s return policy?

Our service policies are very transparent & simple. As per the said policy a buyer can return the product within 5 to 7 days. Our core objective is to give our customer a great experience each time they shop with us however, if our customer is unhappy with the service or quality or find any issue with the product, they can always send the order back to us within a period of 5-7 days from the date of order received.

Once the product is received, we would check it for the said issue. If the product is found ok then there is no cancellation or refund on the order. It would only be replaced with a new one if found defective.

How much time is required to get the product in return?

If customer has initiated the request for return, the product should be immediately shipped to us. Once the item is received by us, it may take about 2 to 3 days for review. We immediately send replacement of the product if found defective; else the notification for re-shipment charges is conveyed to the customer.

Is customer allowed to return a part of the order?

Absolutely, customer may return a part of the order if there is any defect, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full & must be in undamaged state.

Is there any cost involved in return?

Yes, customer has to pay for the shipping. We will not charge for re-shipping if the product is found faulty else, the customer has to pay for re-shipping.
