Shipping Policy
- Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to track your shipment in real time.
- Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or stock availability & clearance.
I.e :- Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–10 business days (Note:- International shipping is currently not available)
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, order, weight & size.
Free shipping is available on bulk orders, subject to order quantity and delivery location.
Express delivery may be available for select locations at an additional fee, subject to service availability in your area.
- Serviceable Areas / Shipping Locations
We deliver across most locations in India through reliable surface and air shipping services, ensuring safe and timely delivery based on your location and service availability.
If your PIN code or location is not serviceable, we will notify you. Upon request, we can also arrange delivery through India Post Speed Post Service, based on your convenience.
Note:- At present, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping services have not yet been started, but we are working towards expanding our delivery network in the future. We appreciate your patience and support.
- Delays / Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our support team.
For lost shipments: We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
- Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refunds or reshipment.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
- Damaged Delivery Packages
If your order arrives damaged, kindly contact us as soon as possible (ASAP).
Provide photos of the damaged package and product within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
We will coordinate with the courier partner for further investigation. If found correct, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy
